Where in the World

Just for a bit of fun and information about the attendees it would be nic to see a 'where in the world' map or flags block to show how many people from different areas are attending or currently online sonrisa

I think that would be a great idea if there is time to work

on that.

I can't seem to work out what to do when I get to the map! "Edit" brings up someone else's name, and I don't want to interfere with their entry. I've tried dragging the yellow guy and clicking on a circle above the yellow guy.

The "someone's name" is somebody who renamed the map after themself.

THe "yellow guy" is GOogle's street view thing.

Click the blue balloon icon to drop a marker on the map for where you are. You can edit the balloon icon and add your own details.

Jane, here is a screenshot with some help.

On the left, click the "Edit" button [not visible here] and the two buttons "Done" and "Saved" will show up in its place.

On the right, click the blue pin inside the blue frame. Slide your pin to your location on the map.  Then, fill in text labels.

Thanks, Judy. Now the edit button has disappeared. It's just not meant to be.
