last year we had trouble entering all imoot Adobe Connect classrooms. We could access the site but the sessions would always be 'connecting' and never actually connect. We know this was a firewall issue from within our institute but as it takes so long to get our IT guys to fix problems like this it wasn't going to be resolved in time for us to join a live session.
What I would like is to have ahead of time for imoot 2013 is a test classroom available so we can test our institutes connection to imoot AD and get connection problems resolved ahead of time if there are any issues.
We would appreciate it if you could possibly please make a test AD classroom available for participants to test connections to imoot ahead of time. This would allow us to be 100% sure our IT dept has opened the correct ports without having to wait until sessions start to test their assurances.
